Our journey begins with a free initial consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and requirements. This is followed by a detailed on-site visit to measure and assess your space, ensuring we identify opportunities and potential challenges. We can also work from architects plans or GA’s so you can see your vision earlier.
DESIGN CONCEPTION:
Our expert designers create a tailored kitchen design that balances aesthetics with functionality. We note any existing features you want to keep, ensuring the new design harmonises with your home. Our complimentary design services includes creating a mood board of your chosen materials, colours and finishes bringing your vision to life
DESIGN PRESENTATION:
Once the initial design is ready, we invite you to a design presentation. This is an exciting opportunity to see your new kitchen come to life through detailed 3D renderings and layout plans. This collaborative session allows you to share feedback and suggestions, ensuring the final design perfectly aligns with your vision.
COORDINATION & IMPLEMENTATION:
After finalising the design, we handle all project logistics, including the procurement of goods, with an average lead time of 6-8 weeks. We coordinate with your contractors or our trusted sister company, Integral Home Improvements, ensuring seamless communication and execution. We provide regular updates to keep you informed throughout the process.
INSTALLATION:
Our skilled team of contractors/fitters meticulously install your new kitchen, paying close attention to every detail. We can manage the entire installation process, minimising disruption to your home. A thorough inspection ensures everything meets our high standards and your expectations.

OUR COMPLAINTS POLICY
The business always endeavours to provide the best service. However, on rare occasions, there may be times when a customer may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure the business can put things right for you, as soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and to the high standards the business aims to achieve.
Please contact the business straight away with any concerns, either by phone, email or by writing to us. If writing, get proof of posting.
Business Complaint Procedure
On receipt of your complaint, the business aims to respond within 5 days.
The business will arrange a convenient date to come and view and/or remedy the situation within 28 days.
In the unlikely event that the business is unable to resolve your complaint, having exhausted the business complaints procedure, it may be necessary to use another complaint service. Where the business cannot resolve the complaint to your satisfaction and/or agree to the final resolution requests confirmed to us, and both parties agree a ‘deadlock’ has been reached, you can then escalate your complaint.
The business has access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service for our domestic installation, service, repair and maintenance contracts as part of the Which? Trusted Traders Endorsement. If you choose to, you can refer your complaint to Which? Trusted Traders’ Alternative Dispute Resolution. You will need to contact Which? Trusted Traders on 02922 670 040 who can explain if you are eligible to use their Alternative Dispute Resolution.
